1/4 cup (60 mL) room temperature water
1/2 cup (125 mL) room temperature milk
1 egg, room temperature
2 1/4 cups (560 mL) flour
1 packet fast-acting bread yeast
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tbsp (15 mL) sugar
1 cup (250 mL) butter, cold, cut into small cubes
For the topping
1/2 cup cream
cheese 1/4 cup powdered
sugar A few drops vanilla or a packet vanilla sugar
