Danish with Grapes

Pour the water, milk, and egg into a large measuring bowl or cup.
Pour the flour, sugar, salt and baking powder into the processor.
Mix for a few seconds.
Add the butter and mix for just a few seconds, to break up the butter a little.
You still have to see large chunks of butter in the dough.
Add the water, milk, and egg mixture and mix with your hands.
Cover and put in the fridge at least overnight.
Then, you will have to fold and spread the dough into the most square shape possible.
Spread the filling on the rectangle of Danish dough and add the raisins.
Then roll the dough and cut small shapes as in the photo.
Bake the Danishes on a 356°F (180°C) baking sheet for about 15 minutes, until well puffed and golden brown.
