Börek stuffed with chicken and cheese

This recipe is a tasty combination of chicken, cheese, and spices.

Ingredients:

For the dough:

2 cups milk (400 ml)
2 cups water (400 ml)
4 tablespoons vegetable
oil 1 egg
1 teaspoon salt

For filling:

700 g chicken
breast 3 tablespoons yoghurt (130 g)
3 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons lemon
juice 1 teaspoon dried mint
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon black
pepper 1 teaspoon salt
200 g grated cheddar cheese
7 small tomatoes
