Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the pumpkin pureeegg, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flourbaking sodaspices (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves), and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cookies are set and slightly golden around the edges.
  9. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
