Pineapple Ginger Shot Recipe

Prepare the Fruit and Ginger: Slice and peel the lime, pineapple, and fresh ginger.

Juicing: Squeeze the juice from the lime, pineapple, and ginger using a juicer. In the event that a juicer isn’t available, combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and filter the liquid through a fine-mesh sieve to get rid of any last bits of ginger and fruit.

Serving: Fill each shot glass with around 1/3 cup.
