I made this dish for a party, and it disappeared quickly!

Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda to a large bowl and whisk to combine.
Third, stir in the chopped cold butter. To make the mixture look like coarse crumbs, use a cookie cutter or your fingers to mix.
Stir in the buttermilk until a paste forms, then add it to the mixture.
5. Lightly press the dough a few times on a floured surface.
Roll or press the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick. Divide it in half lengthwise.
Roll out the squares of dough and place a slice of mozzarella in the center of each. Seal by pushing the edges of the dough together.
Arrange the cookie bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
Sprinkle a little garlic powder and brush the surface with melted butter.
To obtain a golden brown color and a melty, gooey cheese, bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
