Sunscreen: How To Choose It
As we have already said before it is very important to apply protection when exposed to the sun. Even by wearing this you will tan but the result will be better and in the meantime you will also have protected your skin from the sun’s rays. There are several creams on the market to choose from.
You must make sure that two specific houses are written on the label: that they protect from both UVA and UBV rays and then that they are capable of reducing the free radicals produced by UV rays. In reality, however, there is a specific way to choose sunscreen and it is based on your skin phototype.
There are 6 phototypes and after finding yourself in it you can choose the right cream . Let’s see them together:
- Phototype 1 : those with white or milky skin have it. Then red hair and light eyes. You must use a sun protection factor of 50+ .
- Phototype 2 : those with fair skin have it. Then blond hair and light eyes. You need to use sun protection with a sun factor of 50. Then possibly reduce it.
- Phototype 3 : those with light or slightly dark skin have it. Then blonde or light brown hair and light or brown eyes. You must use sun protection with factor 30 . Then possibly reduce it.
- Phototype 4 : those with dark skin have it. Then dark brown hair and brown eyes. You need to use a sun protection factor of 15. Then reduce it if necessary
- Phototype 5 : those with dark or olive complexions have it. Then brown hair and dark eyes. You must use sun protection. Then possibly reduce it.
- Phototype 6 : those with black skin have it. Then very dark hair and dark eyes. This phototype never gets sunburnt. You can also not use sunscreen or use sunscreen with factor 6.
