In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook patties on both sides until browned and cooked to desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until softened. Sprinkle flour over onions and stir to coat.
Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, scraping the bottom of the skillet. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the gravy thickens.
Return the patties to the skillet, coat with gravy, and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
