1-Take the feta paste and dry it with paper towels. Then cut into slices, we made 7 so that they were neither too thin nor too thick.
2-Place a sheet of phyllo pastry on parchment paper, pour a little olive oil and spread it with the pastry brush. Repeat this process two more times to create a layer with three sheets.
3-Cut the phyllo pastry into three parts, making three long, narrow rectangles.
4-Place a piece of feta in one end and roll it up to create our dumpling.
