Ingredients:
– 1 pound pecans (and/or almonds)
– 1 cup sugar
– 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 1 egg white
– 1/2 teaspoon salt (or your preference)
– 2 teaspoons water
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:
– Preheat your oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit (120 degrees Celsius).
– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or non-stick foil.
2. Prepare Cinnamon Sugar Mixture:
– In a large ziplock bag, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
3. Prepare Egg White Mixture:
– In a large bowl, whisk the egg white, vanilla extract, and water with a fork until frothy.
