Ingredients:
For the Beef:
1 pound beef steak, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1 tablespoon cornstarch
3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoons oyster sauce
