Lemon
After vinegar and citric acid, how could we not miss the beloved lemon , the citrus fruit with multiple properties? As if that weren’t enough, it is also capable of infusing an intoxicating aroma into your bathroom!
Next, extract the juice of 1 lemon and pour it onto a cloth or cotton ball. Then place the swab or soaked cloth along the entire joint or in the points where the black stain is present and let it act for approximately 1 hour. Finally, rinse with water and wipe with a sponge to remove the last residue – mold will be just a bad memory!
Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide
Another remedy for treating stubborn mold that just won’t go away is to use baking soda and hydrogen peroxide, which, while not exactly green, takes an eco-friendly approach.
Next, pour one cup of hydrogen peroxide and two tablespoons of baking soda into a spray bottle and shake it to mix the ingredients. For an even more effective effect, you can also add a few drops of tea tree oil.
Next, spray the mixture thus obtained on the shower joint , let it act for a few moments and rinse. Repeat if necessary. Finally, wipe with a dry cloth to remove residue. We also remind you that hydrogen peroxide can also be used to remove mold from walls!
